Quo Warranto is the best and most correct legal answer to any federal mandate or law made

Quo warranto (“by what authority”) is a special form of legal action used to resolve a dispute over whether a specific person has the legal right to hold the public office that he or she occupies.
Quo Warranto cases, unlike almost all others, place the burden of proof on the defendant. If it’s alleged that they didn’t legitimately win election, for instance, they have to prove they DID legitimately win election. This requires audits, and not just recounts that just count the same (including fraudulent) votes that occurred in the election.
If the feds mandate or legislate a vaccine mandate, I’ll be filing a Quo Warranto suit, because then I will have standing.

The issue is standing. See my edit. If the illegitimately “elected” president/legislature mandates or passes something that directly affects me, then I will have legal standing. Just the election itself doesn’t confer standing, as we have observed, since all the lawsuits from the election were dismissed on lack of standing. That procedural bar move allowed them to not have to look at the evidence.

When the people have obvious legal standing once the mandates and “laws” take effect, there needs to be a flood of Quo Warranto suits filed.

Did you read my post? If they mandate a Covid “vaccine,” I will ABSOLUTELY have standing because that’s forcing an experimental medical treatment (4th amendment violation too btw) on me.
I won’t comply. And I DEFINITELY won’t comply if they can’t prove in court this president* and congress* was legitimately elected.

They won't force you to take it. You will just need a passport to go anywhere. Now, maybe that will just lead to a bunch of forgeries, but whatever.

This is an intriguing option...but I prefer Quo Warranto suits because it forces them to prove they were legitimately elected and have the authority to enact such mandates.
