Quick civics lesson for the resident liberals on this board regarding SCOTUS nominations

The House of Representatives has literally no function or role in the nomination and confirmation of federal judges, including Supreme Court justices. So Nancy and the rest can do nothing to stop a nomination and confirmation.
They had their little show late last year with peachmint and the little State of the Union fiasco.
Also thank your Democrat senators for getting rid of the 60 vote requirement for cabinet nominations, which provoked the GOP to do it for judges.

also, while the election is in November, the new senate does not take over until the first week of January while the president starts his term on Jan 20. SO even if Trump loses(doubtful) and/or the Senate switches GOp will still have 8 weeks or so to finish the confirmation.

There is no body more irrelevant in DC during SCOTUS hearings and voting than the House of Representatives.
