Let me start by saying this stimulus bill is quite possibly the WORST bill in the history of our republic. However, with the government is promising funds to any American making under a certain amount I would like to know when my supposed check is coming in. While I’m one of the lucky ones who has two jobs that both are not affected by this crisis, I am a single income married household and could actually use the money to pay off some debts sooner than I planned.

I want to state again that I am opposed to the bill for multiple reasons including the precedent this sets for some people in our country and because I believe it will also cripple our economy. I just want to know when I will be getting paid so I can pay off some of my debt. Thanks

Just looking for a rational answer. For what it’s worth I’m looking to pay off my student loan and a couple medical bills.

I think some of the Republicans are Democrat plants to make our party look bad. Mitt Romney is one and he almost won an election where the Democrats were basically running against themselves.

I agree wholeheartedly with you. There are definitely some RINOs who have sold their souls the the Dims. I just want to know when I and many other Americans will be receiving checks that they “promised.”

So you're pissed off about bill but can't wait to profit off of it?

In a sense, yes. At this point there is nothing I, or anyone on this board rabbling about how stupid it is, really do anything about it. However, instead of wasting the money on something stupid like a jet ski or boat or something that really has no worth I can use that money to help get myself out of debt sooner than I planned. I don’t know why that is a bad thing.

I didn't say it was; I just wanted to make sure I got the facts correct.

I wish there was something I could do to change the vote on the bill, or what is in it for that matter, but there is nothing I can do at this point. What’s done is done. I have but only one vote to give for a rep in my district and for POTUS. I wish I had more. And I wish there was more that I could do. But there isn’t. So at this point I just want to know when I’ll be getting the check so I can do some good with the money that I shouldn’t be getting but will receive anyways.

The Kleptocracy has won. What's more embarassing, this relief package, the incoming stimulus package or the monetary stimulus?

The relief bill is a bone to throw at a dog to distract him. It's disgusting to watch Washington in action during a crisis.
