um, every country that hosts events like this (world cup, olympics, international tennis tournaments, etc.) fully expect participants and fans to follow the laws of that country.
hell, even if you just stay in America, different states have different laws. And you have to follow them when you visit.
Here in my town, I can buy Whiskey at a freaking gas station 24/7. even on Sundays.
Can't do that in Texas though.
