Yes(disarmament), and they played the Iranian game of accepting the deal, lying about it, and refusing to honor the agreement.

Reading the article, it doesn't reference them pulling funding for Hamas. That's what I want to see.

You're correct, it doesn't explicitly say that.
But it does appear to be most likely.
Keep in mind - Qatar never admitted to funding Hamas, only Gaza.
