I have read on occasions earlier that the”2020” elections are secure. Is this still the case given the “Mail in” scenario and SCOTUS allowing after election date votes counting?
Was all this factored in the original statement that the election is secure, or are we now in another “fixed” Democratic election again?

It's important to note that the SCOTUS case for PA can be reheard/appealed once ACB is on the bench, as they didn't technically rule, and the 4-4 decision just means that the lower court ruling has been upheld.

I wouldn't call myself a "Q expert", but I am familiar with Q and have my own theories on what's kinda going on with it.
Imo the NSA has a quantum computer. I also think that they have this simulator that they can run called "Sentient World Simulation." And what this is (reportedly mind you, this isn't verified I don't think) is a program where they can run a simulation of any sort based on metadata collected on every single one of us. Everyone knows they collect all of our metadata, but what people may not realize is that they have a file for every one of us as well. They can introduce scenarios like, "biological terror attack in Seattle" or whatever and their little simulator will show them how each and every person will react to whatever it is.
It's because of this quantum computer and simulator that it appears that Q can predict the future. It's because he can. And to answer your question, in the Q narrative, imo, everything has been factored in. Mail-in balloting and all.
Disclaimer for this post. I'm not trying to speak from authority on Q. Some people around here get their panties twisted when I do that. These are simply my opinions.
