He isn't really saying he doesn't know. He's verbally hedging the same way reporters and law enforcement officials do when they refer to the person they arrest as the "alleged" suspect even if they're caught on video. It opens you to libel if you call the person guilty before convicted (though most Dems seem oblivious to this as they verbally persecute Trump).

So, O'Keefe is merely being pragmatic here, saying he obviously can't confirm everyone was illegal (before Beto's people scramble to find a handful of people that don't fit the characterization). Instead, he let's the evidence show they are likely doing this illegal activity and doesn't come right out and call them guilty-- a minor, but important distinction.

And the evidence does speak for itself. Staff workers, up to and including the campaign manager, speak about planning to use funds illegally. They give the orders to execute the plan. And they speak afterwards to acknowledge that they did the illegal activity. If there's a $200 Albertsons bill that day, it is what it is.

Oh NOW Republicans care about campaign finance law violations.



Can't wait until they release the entire video which shows the opposite of their initial press release. Just. Like. Every. Other. Time.
