Citibank is the worst offender.
But it's hard to move everything as many big corps have gone to overseas call centers.
I can deal with the ones out of The Philippines but, if it's jeets I've moved business ... it's a red line for me.

Intuit does this. They have a call center in Appalachia and also hire a lot of remote workers. My wife used to be a customer service rep for TurboTax during tax season to pay for graduate school.
