It is sad that a guy like John Lewis is sacrosanct for black people when all he has ever done is perpetuate the destruction of the black family and support the system that has been slavery 2.0.

Please just keep in mind that people like Rep. Mr. Lewis generally represent the voting block in these vicinities.
Having been brought up in an area that experienced white flight in a big way during the 80's and 90's I do see the challenges that have faced the expanded needed for jobs from what I would call the endtail of the slave offspring.
As the implied generation of young blacks were coming to maturity, jobs were being moved out of their range to be hired for. In many cases they were forced into housing because of this.
Now, we all experience a "work culture" pressure that requires degrees and certificates that aren't really necessary just to get hired because of the education bubble. During the 90's and today I am sure that this issue has made gaining employment for any type of "poor" person to find a job depressing. In pretty much any industry now you HAVE to be university indoctrinated or hold a certificate that has been paid for.
Totally different subject.
Gaining merit through hard work in these days is a rarity. I have seen merit given via college certificates over real life workers that can do the job so much in the last 10 years it makes me sick.
