Hasnt this been passed like 5 times already? Whats the problem

The issue has been the House passes the bill, it dies in the senate because some senator in some state doesn’t like it. They should just let the states decide on their own time zone and how to handle daylight saving time. It is not like the old days where it would take a college degree to set your watch to a different time zones. Now most cell phones could switch in an instant after crossing into a new time zone.
