That was a totally downer of a speech. All negative and dire.
He ignored the fact that he inherited the work done by Trump’s operation warp speed which is the most incredible scientific accomplishment in the past 50 years. Ask any doctor and they’ll tell you that getting not just 1 but 3 vaccines with high effectiveness within a year of a pandemic is astounding.
