I don't particularly care who consenting ADULTS choose to have sex with or a relationship with. But it is hard for me to respect you when an outward display of your "pride"/culture appears to be just vulgar debauchery or ridiculousness. For instance, I don't really care that some participate in public displays of debauchery in NOLA at Mardi Gras. But I don't particularly RESPECT those that do either. I mean, is that the goal of the struggle? You fought hard for decades so dressing and acting like a buffoon in public can be "accepted"?

30 years ago if you would have told Senator Biden that he was going to be one day president and constantly harping on rights of gays, Asians, blacks, and Hispanics...
