I am here in the Tulsa Metro and I highly doubt the Tulsa PD will be enforcing this on peaceful folks camped out.
Bynum, the Tulsa mayor is probably getting pressure from downtown businesses not wanting property destroyed or damaged. ONEOK headquarters are not far from BOK and they rule the roost. To me, this is an early sign of the Tulsa PD saying shite will not go down here.
I flew out Monday for business and flew back into Tulsa Wednesday evening and the police presence was already huge at the airport. They’re definitely checking out everything and everyone coming into the city.

There seems to be a lot of confusion about this EO and from what I can tell they were telling folks to stage in different areas but not sending them home. Everyone there for the MAGA rally was peaceful and complied, shockingly (sarcasm).
HW, Sharpton is supposedly having a rally there tonight and there is other chatter about bussing in of protestors.
