Is he an aspiring rapper or something that would qualify to use the Baldwin defense?
This tells me the suspect is black. Can't have it sound like he just pulled a gun and purposefully shot someone over something as trivial as a seat issue. Now, if whitey did it the wording would paint a detailed picture.
