Are trannies are big customer base of gyms? I would think not.
I would think pissing off a few trannies may even be good for business. I guess I just don't understand the motivations of some businesses these days. It doesn't appear to be money.

The person in question probably had significant masculine features (which is why they were confronted). If they were completely transitioned, this never would have happened.

I was merely pointing out Cruiser's implicit assumption of this person's femininity.
Transgender or not, this person probably looked like a grown man in a wig. It's entirely reasonable for women to be uncomfortable in that situation.

Hopefully this story makes headlines so Planet Fitness can reap the rewards of watching normal people cancel their memberships and sign up at another gym where they can feel safe in the correct locker room.
