I'm going with the vaccine ID card being required to carry before an ID card to vote.

Something to ponder ... if you want to go to Canada, and they require a vaccine card, what will the US traveler have do? This could apply to other places like Europe too.

I already have to show ID to vote in person. no one has asked me to show proof of vaccination. stores are going by honor system. if you were fully vaccinated you dont need a mask.
only 55% of my county is vaccinated.
we should do an o/u on Delta deaths per 1000.
