Philadelphia riots!

This man is chasing the cops around the streets with a knife, chasing them yelling at them. He's gets shot, and they burn down the city over this kind of B.S.
What do you expect?
How would the social worker worked out in this situation?
Everyone standing around why didn't they help the cop?

This is why even electing Biden isn't going to stop this kind of crap. The norm now is that if a black man is killed by police in a city bigger than a population of 10 then there's a good chance of this continuing. Hell, we had a black president and looked what happened in Ferguson and it only morphed from there.

The standards have been set by all the states who have had riots. Any time a black person is shot and killed by the police, there will be riots. The purp could be actively shooting at them, the cops could kill them, and it would still incite looting and riots.
