Tell us more about how the COVID vaccine prevents transmission.
surprised it took until page 2 for this to be brought up. It doesn't prevent transmission, therefore there is no logical reason to jab a kid.

Does it strike anyone else as odd that the manufacturers pursue the EUA, vs the authorities?
If we truly have an emergency and interventional meds are needed, shouldn't the authorities who declare the emergency pursue the EUA? Otherwise we end up in for-profit emergencies.

Before a parent even considers this, they should have their kid tested to find out if they’ve already had it. There is a readily available antibody and TCell test to confirm a past Covid infection.
If your child has already had it so has protection and knowing that Covid is almost no risk to them (with or w/o prior infection), parents need to strongly consider if it is even worth the small chance of an adverse reaction or long term issue knowing that the possible ill effects of a future Covid infection are just as small if not smaller.

Excellent Point LSUfan20005.
Why does Pfizer need to pitch this to the FDA. The FDA should be asking themselves, if there is an emergency among the 5-11 yr olds. If there answer is yes, then they should pursue Pfizer about getting their data and testing done to get this vax out to the kids.
Maybe that is what is happening. Maybe the FDA initiated this....If so, they are illogical idiots that are seeking power and remove the parents decision making ability.

STEVEDOO,
you make complete logical sense in advising parents to make an informed decision and weigh the risk of adverse effects of one's child that the vax may have.
The problem is there feds, FDC, CDC, NIH don't want us to have the option for making an informed decision. This is about power and control over the people and making decisions for them.
Will the next EO be to the Dept of Ed, mandating a vax for your kid? That is what I'm predicting.

Or they could just rest assured that if their child is healthy, it’s going to be a mere cold, thus not fricking with the clot-shot at all.
