I assume it Watkins or somebody he's delegating at this point. As far as the Russians, they'll boost Q, anti-vax, BLM, white supremacists, antifa, etc. If it's divisive, they'll signal boost it. But they don't have to initiate much. There's just so much native craziness that they can piggyback off of.

Lotta folks on both sides feeling the heat needing answers about Q one way or another. Some are doubling down and some are walking back prior positions.

I just read a synopsis of the person that started Q as what the chans literally call shitposting and then it built on, then Watkins took it over. I knew it has been several people acting as Q. It is obvious.

Why isn't the media blasting questions about ANTIFA & BLM to Biden & Harris? Why isn't the media insisting they denounce looting, killing, and fires?

If nothing else, the fact that certain actions by those in government get investigated and pointed out certainly justifies any "movement" so called. Could use more help. Wish some of you techno nerds could have cracked hillary server. How about weiner laptop. And on and on...
Why does the fbi break down the door and arrest stone with cnn cameras present? Is there a single person on this board ok with that? If so, why? Otherwise, WE ALL should be working to remove the entire apparatus and find those answers.
