By this metric, aren't all on this Board, Public Figures. At least by degree...to be determined by a Court?
And if CP decided to pursue a Civil Action (Defamation), would not Discovery bring into account CP's subtle/'coincidental' Public offerings in their literature, menus, Facebook posts, etc., of the which obviously provokes (warranted?) conspiracy suspicions?
I doubt whether Bill Clinton - even if he were not a technical Public Figure - would dare bring a Civil Action to clear his name re pedophilia accusations.
