re: Pedo Joe’s visit to WAWA scripted, including tip

As much as I want to rip on Biden, this really isn't that uncommon. Every move the president makes is so carefully planned out, especially when interacting with the public and a situation where something could be slipped into his food.
Now with a normal president that isn't suffering from sever cognitive decline, it's probably not quite as scripted to the point of telling him what to say and how much to tip. But even before Biden started his decline, they probably would have scripted it anyway to keep him from saying something stupid.
