Make it hurt. He'll just end up filing for bankruptcy, but he'll be ruined.

I wonder how far those cash awards he petitioned for will go towards paying legal fees.

He’s just going to say he “made suggestions”… and he’s right.

They ALL have that cover.. just suggestions.

May the gnome burn in hell.

I wonder how far that excuse will fly when he was saying one thing in his diary and saying the opposite when making "suggestions."

Unfortunately, probably farther than you’d think.

Suggestions were made by committee and implemented at various levels through federal, state, and local governments.

He is an evil little man but despite his school girl diary, he will be covered that he wasn’t THE task force, just a member of it.

The whole fricking thing was expertly orchestrated so that no one person can carry the totality of blame.

I suppose this is what we have courts for, huh? The man was America's "top doctor." His "suggestions" carry weight. Furthermore, his suggestions were contradicting what he damn well himself knew at the time.

Look at it another way. If his "suggestion" to the medical community was to euthanize patients to stop the spread of this disease, and they followed those "suggestions", do you think he wouldn't be held to account?

Furthermore, he knew damn well at the time there were effective therapeutics, which makes the emergency use authorization for experimental vaccines actually illegal. He led the effort to have that effective therapeutic slandered by the media and black listed so he could push experimental medical procedures on the world at large. This is a crime against humanity. And he is guilty.

I agree.

I’m merely stating that I believe this whole thing was very well set up in such a way that they are all protected from fallout.

His side hustles though may be the thing to bring him down.

Of course he lied to the public- he admitted it very early on with the mask/no mask debacle. “greater good” they said. He was but one member of a united front Task Force in that regard.

This is the best way to go after him, imo. Nothing is going to happen from a criminal prosecution standpoint. Get someone like Elon involved and bury him in litigation.
