So you’re arguing that any adult, whether they have any connection whatsoever to the student, should be able to watch the sessions?
Is the adult living in that school district and funding the school with their tax dollars? If so, I'd say you have a decent argument for that adult to view a class and see their tax dollars at work

Sure, area code must be in the district.
I’ll applaud you for some consistency in application of values. But man, that’s just a dystopian nightmare in which I want no part of: adults having nothing to do with the program watching live videos of my girl without my knowledge? No fricking thanks.

There are enforceable HIPPA laws to protect the privacy of special education children. You, as a parent, are not permitted to observe a special education class/group that has other special education children included.
In regard to the online privacy, I think it will be an interesting hurdle to overcome for schools that use the inclusion model (special education and regular education mixed). Technically the special education students in that classroom’s confidentiality is protected by law and the school is subject to lawsuit/due process if that privacy is violated; however I am not sure how you would address that in an online group setting.

Oh? Link us to these "HIPPA (sic) laws".
