Great point, white wasn't capitalized either.
It could be that he typed it on Microsoft word, or some software equivalent, and that program auto-correct black to 'Black' and he didn't notice.

The AP has changed their style book to capitalize "Black" but not "white".

I wish this were true but it is not.
You simply can’t get into to many investment firms and its next to impossible to get into certain graduate programs unless you are in a disadvantaged group without certain undergrad programs on your resume.
