Has it ever occurred to you that you are not a very likable person in real life and on the internet?

Most narcissists aren’t. They also don’t possess common sense. It’s a shame, thinking they are smarter than everyone else but they aren’t even on the same level.

Then you were not listening to teacher, and you will fail the class.

what you should have learned is that (in some circumstances) the judicial branch has the authority to rule upon the legality or constitutionality of actions of the executive branch.

Yes, thanks for restating what I said. A judge is reviewing a military matter. Military matters are an executive function, believe it or not. It at least until this judge came along.

Transgender service members are NON DEPLOYABLE

I don’t know how else to make it more simple than that. They can’t be deployed.

The jurisdiction of federal circuit courts, including the Federal Circuit, is determined by Congress. Judges do not have the right to expand their jurisdiction to whole country. I have yet to hear one specific law they claim Trump broke or court decisions to back up their actions.

Considering the president is commander in chief of our military, I find this "order" more than a little suspect.

I'd love to see which statute authorized a judge to dictate personnel policy within our armed forces. If there's a section of the constitution that I missed please point it out.

You happily put American military lives at risk to satisfy your woke ideology. You’re a disgusting person.
