Legal documents also revealed that he spread false information related to the election, thereby contributing to the incident at the US Capitol.

Owen's activity at the US Capitol was also said to be a breach of an agreement where he agreed not to utter "loud, threatening or abusive language" or get engaged in "disorderly or disruptive conduct, at any place upon the United States Capitol Grounds."

I probably would have had I not convinced someone in my office building not to go. The week before they were like "hey are you going to DC next week?"

So strange the way a single person is referred to with a plural pronoun. This is how it should have been written without the “they were like”:

This feels like a continuation of main character syndrome.

Owen should never have a full beard - it hides his very strong jawline

I have some questions for you Counselor.

Why isn't Ray Epps in jail?

Why won't the FBI Director or the Attorney General give the American People a straight answer on whether there were Feds interacting with the crowds on J6 what their missions were and how many there were?

What happened with the alleged Pipe Bomber?

Why aren't members of the J6 Committee under indictment for Destruction of Federal Records?

So many questions unanswered but one thing we do know.DOJ and FBI are hellbent to lock up anyone that remotely had anything to do with that day and that includes Donald Trump.(Excepting Ray Epps and some others that were reported to have incited that crowd to riot) This seems to be their top priority while who knows who comes in across our southern border.

I don't know. He should have been arrested a long time ago.

You're never going to get that b/c the Authoritarian Police State allows government prosecutors to hide behind various excuses (ongoing investigation, secrets relating to investigative methods, etc.). We need to change these laws to give accused criminals (not just white MAGA-types accused of being a criminal) a more fair chance in the court of public opinion.

How would I know?

I don't think they violated the law. I believe transcriptions are sufficient for the House rules, and the Congressional Clerk advised this to the committee.

I don't believe there is any proof that the originals were destroyed, either. Loudermilk said:

quote:

Whether the missing information has been destroyed, was sent to other entities or is still in the possession of members of Congress from the select committee is uncertain at this time

Populism is dead LINK, you just don't realize it yet. MAGA/America First will be finished in a year. Then, what do we do?
