To some, and certainly in schools in the middle class suburbs in most places are very good.

This is not a well-intentioned desire. It's a putrid attempt to oppress groups that are inherently more cognitively gifted on average.

It's not their failure. It's the inevitable differences in average that we would expect. On a population-wide scale, blacks and Latinos will NEVER close these gaps.
