So the guy who brought down the Nixon administration woke up a few months ago and decided to ruin his journalistic integrity and lie just so he can bring down the Trump administration. Yeah that seems realistic.

It would be one thing if he was directly quoting Mattis, Kelly, etc. and had THEM on tape saying these things in an interview.
He's not and he doesn't.
That would be like Woodward taping me saying that I heard CelticDog scream "I hate n*****s!" at a Cabinet meeting. The fact he has taped me telling that story does not make it true.
He's presenting second-hand information and the first parties are all saying it's not true.
