Need anymore evidence? Perhaps a shot of Porter actually delivering the blow?

Actually, the photographs are not evidence of Porter striking his wife. Now, if taken by police upon arriving at scene of active domestic altercation...that would be more damning and could be used as evidence.

Literally no one is defending Porter or suggesting that he should have stayed in his position. He was fired, and guilty or not, that's the right thing to do considering the gravity of his job. If the exes filed charges and he maintains his innocence, he has the right to due process. That's a matter of fact.

That's the exact opposite of how the left handled Franken, which is the point.

You missed it. No one is surprised.

Yes, actually. Can you prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the bruise in question was given to her by Porter? And if he did give her that bruise, how can you be so sure there isn't more to the story? Maybe she attacked him? And don't give me that BS about how you should never strike a woman. That shite doesn't hold up in a court of law. If he struck her in self-defense, especially in this day and age of equality between the sexes, he will have been justified by the law.

So no, a single aftermath photo is not enough evidence to prove she is the victim of domestic abuse. Because I don't know how she got that bruise or the context from which she received it.
