You are incorrect in stating the case would be refiled in New York.
And why don't you explain exactly why the case would not be re-filled in New York.
And just stick to the explanation and leave out the part about how I couldn't understand your explanation.

We have been discussing it for 3 pages. How can I leave out your inability to understand it? You said you knew what joinder meant.

Nah, you are just another pearl clutching sky screamer. You can blithely ignore the failings of your team and then cruelly eviscerate your opponent for the same. I don’t follow Twitter because it is the medium of the lowest common denominator. If you turn to it for any form of intellectual thought then I pity you.

I'll try again. Explain exactly why the case would not be re-filled in New York.
Come on mouth. Explain it.

Because there is already a suit pending in New York based upon the same alleged actions and occurrences...which would lead to....wait for it.....JOINDER.
It's ok you don't know what joinder is. What isn't ok is your incessant prattling about joinder without having a clue as to what it means.
I always tell myself. "Don't get into this discussion with texridder. He is an idiot and doesn't understand". Yet here I am. I blame myself.

What were the actions and occurrences in the DNC suit in New York and what were the actions and occurrences in D.C. suit.
Don't take too long or I'll know you're looking it up.

You owe it to yourself to at least follow Trump on Twitter.
The stuff he posts is inexplicable.

He already drives me crazy with his antics. I don’t need to voluntarily subject myself to that. I have enough difficulties in my life. Just be happy baw. Be thankful.

Come on mouth. You were spouting all his joinder crap to try to cover up your ignorance about the cases, claiming that I was wrong in saying that the D.C. case cold be filed in NY.
So what were the actions and occurrences in each suit so that the joinder issue can be addressed. You should already know them since you were so sure the D.C. case couldn't be filed.
Or are you just full of crap, as usual.

Since your posts on this board demonstrate a sense of awareness equal to or below that of the character depicted in your avatar, your judgment of my legal ability is inconsequential.

amounts to ZERO btw just read the Constitution and still haven't found the provision that says abortion is a federally-protected right so unless you know where this secret attachment or encrypted code is within it I suggest you STFU about things law-related

What you just described is an ethical violation.
I bet no one ever improperly solicits business either, right?
All they would have to do is make a colorable argument that they thought the venue was appropriate. I seriously doubt a bar prosecutor would waste time on a venue question.
I get that hyperbole is I vogue in this cesspool. But be realistic.

I do not pretend to be a member of the bar. But I reinforce to the Soldiers I lead that their actions are to be legal, moral and ethical. That if you apply these principles in the performance of your duties you will (in general) never have to worry about defending your actions at a later date. If the merits of their case were so strong they would have chosen the correct venue rather than trying to “gamemanship” their filing. Glad the presiding judge was ethical in the conduct of his duties.

When a person whom is suing you has their case dismissed it is considered a win by most,
It's considered a win by people who don't understand the law. If a judge dismisses for improper venue, and does not make a decision on the basis of the merits of a case, the plaintiff is still free to file in the appropriate venue. Conversely, if a judge makes a ruling on the merits of a case, the matter is closed and the only recourse is appeal.

The only people who disagree with what I'm saying are so blinded by their political bias that they cannot see fact. I am informing you about how the legal system works. There is nothing partisan about a statement of objective fact.
Don says "I WON!" But if he had won, the case wouldn't be able to be brought on the same merits.
Understand?
Posted on 7/7/18 at 8:33 am to Guava Jelly
Suit was nothing but a stunt. If they were serious they would have actually worried about selecting the proper venue. Nobody is refilling anything here.
