OU Coronavirus announcements
Makes sense. If you travel internationally, they'll let you come back when they tell you you can come back on campus.
In other words, no going home to see mommy and daddy in Europe, South Korea, China, etc.. during spring break and then coming back without a self quarantine.
Don't know how they'd police it, though.

Our students who’ve done so are being forced to stay off campus for 14 days—which will basically take them to the end of the semester.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE TRAVELLED INTERNATIONALLY?
Students, faculty and staff who have travelled internationally are required to report that travel through the Report Travel Portal. If that travel was to or through Spain or any country designated as a Level 2 or 3 by the CDC for COVID-19, you are required to self-isolate off-campus for 14 days before returning to campus. (See ‘What Does It Mean to Self-Isolate?’ FAQ) If that travel was to other countries or domestically to other states, you are encouraged to self-monitor. According the CDC website, self-monitoring includes taking temperatures twice a day and remain alert for cough or difficulty breathing. If you feel feverish or develop measured fever, cough, or difficulty breathing during the self-monitoring period, you should self-isolate, limit contact with others, and seek advice by telephone from a healthcare provider. TAMU students may call (979) 458-8310. For after-hours contact/inquiries, call the Dial-a-Nurse program at (979) 458-8379.

My daughter comes home tomorrow from OU. She may not be going back for a while.
Should I demand a pro rated refund for room and board?

Yep.
2 confirmed cases in the Tulsa area and I will 100% confirm that 70% of the state has gone absolutely fricking mental.

I will be coming home from a 3 week trip and from what my wife has described the whole state OK has lost their collective minds. I am interested to see it first hand since where I am at now has spotty internet and very little news.

This is going to kill the stagecoach business.
