He allegedly attempted to kill a guy who stole from him and snitched him out... but due to repeated illegal activity by those investigating him, we'll never know what really transpired... other than massive government corruption across many investigating agencies.

Well, to that I would say that in Ross Ulbricht you have a kid whose rights to a fair trial were demonstrably trampled on, so pardoning him is the most law and order thing you could do. Nobody is flipping over to Biden for that, and you will pull people from the middle over.
