That number includes the border encounters. Obama changed the definition of deportation for calculating total deportations to include border encounters. This has been explained to you. Try to keep up.

It's just doomering plus maybe a dumb attempt to get people to care more about midterms even though the GOP congress has done essentially nothing with its both houses majority.
In fact, Congress is broken and can't do anything, even if the president's party controls it. See the last two years. The ballgame is the presidency, and, for the next 2 years the "mass migrant invasion" isn't happening assuming the Trump administration doesn't want it to.
