Was that Trump was concerned that other countries not giving enough aid...
Texshidder will be in here shortly to tell you, however, that the explanation only came in early September after word of the "whistleblower" and so this explanation was just part of the cover-up that is worse than Watergate.

This is all bullshite where the democrats turned a perfectly reasonable concern about throwing our fricking money down a rathole and turned it into a "crime".
