yeah. I'm sure that given how easily he accomplished it, no other person in politics ever thought of doing the same thing for real.

If you want to see a total fricking moron, you need only look in the mirror.

The entire point of this article has escaped you, I'm not surprised one bit.

O'Keefe's whole point was to show how easy it is to commit fraudulent votes that do not require an ID. But its not an issue and we shouldn't do anything about it at all.

Except he didn't start the fire, he just went to a store and walked to the counter with a lighter, but passed on buying it. So yea, the exact same thing...

This would only apply if the political left had been saying for years that forest fires don't occur.

So O'Keefe proved that someone can commit voter fraud by showing up to the polls in North Carolina. Did O'Keefe prove that people actually do commit voter fraud in North Carolina?

Pretty much.

It's like trying to prove people shoplift at Walmart by shoplifting at Walmart.

I will say that at least Wal-Mart takes the time to try and prove that people do. In states without Voter ID laws, the state is essentially saying I don't care if they do.

Misrepresenting yourself to election officials for the purposes of obtaining a ballot you are not entitled to is an act of fraud.

Ahhhh.....so in this case the liberal "ends justify the means" mantra is invalid because it hurts the "there's no voter fraud" line they've been feeding everyone.

Either side can do it but considering the effort, the people needed, the time and the violation of law, it's far more fruitful to identify registered but unlikely voters and use your manpower to get them to the polls.

Example: On Friday, CNN’s latest surveys found Bruce Braley (D) leading by six points in Iowa’s U.S. Senate race among registered voters, but he trailed Joni Ernst by two points among likely voters.

That's a lot of registered voters backing your candidate but likely not voting.

Fine.

Give a picture of O'Keefe to every voting precinct in the U.S.

Problem solved.

I would be suprised that the left doesn't understand the point of O'Keefe, but i'm not. They are simpletons.

No, it's much worse than that. They're dishonest. They believe that any analysis that confirms their bias, however intellectually dishonest, is justified because, well, they have Truth and Right on their side, and anyone who disagrees must, by definition, be wrong.

Walmart wouldnt prove anything. The government would prove someone shoplifted before they charged them the same as they would prove someone voted illegally before charging them.

Shitty strawman is shitty

Don't be so obtuse.

I happen to know, FOR A FACT, that voter fraud happens, and not having to show ID makes it pretty easy to do.

The first time I went to vote after moving to my current address, I was told by the poll worker that I had already voted. I tried to show my ID to prove who I was, but I was told that was unnecessary. I was then given a provisional ballot, but I was told later that ballot did not count, because I failed to check some box on the ballot.

I'm a little confused.

The OP says O'Keefe uncovered "voter fraud"

Posters in this thread have stated O'Keefe did not commit "voter fraud".

SO WHO DID?

I don't think you know what this means.

If the OP wants to be accurate, he can change his title to
quote:

O'Keefe shows how you can vote illegally....20 times in NC

But saying he uncovered voter fraud is a lie.
