I’m missing something. Can you highlight for me where the wording is designed to foment angst? Can you point to anything misleading or inaccurate?

Being registered doesn’t mean they will.
Not being registered means someone else could register in their name and vote for them.

And since the 19th Amendment passed, females should be included.
