Slow your roll, im using speeding as a law breaking example. I'm not going in with gun control laws.
I am concealed licensed carrier and in GA, I can open carry without it. So no on gun control argument with me. I can flex my AR in my ride on the way to work. What's up in Cali?

Federally it's in the 9th and 10th amendments. That's why they had to add an amendment to the constitution to outlaw alcohol. And then they had to pass another to make it legal again.
The fact people like you treat the constitution as a document of limited rights rather than a document of limited government is sad.
States can make things legal or illegal depending on their own constitutions.
