I know how to bring those numbers down for the AA community! Simply stop arresting AA criminals. Let them run wild.
Arrest numbers will plummet. Convictions will plummet.

So 15 % of the population is committing most crimes. The thing that I wanted to see was crime broken down by percentage of population. I know that blacks commits most crimes by multiply that by the ratio.

That's what the graph shows. Overall more white crime. By percentage of population Black crime much higher.
READ!
In other words if you are white you are most likely to be victimized by a white. It's still very disproportionately black...happy?

It's mind-blowing that 13% of the population commits more murder and manslaughter than the other 87% combined. Must be the mean old white supremacists causing all that dysfunction.

Census Poverty Numbers
11% of whites are in poverty
25% of blacks are in poverty
Run the numbers and that's....
25.5 million whites
11.3 million blacks
So more than twice as many whites living in poverty. So please explain how poverty is the cause of the violence we see.
And just for the record American Indians and Eskimos have the highest rate of poverty at 27%. We stole their land, exterminated most of their population, put them on reservations, and they live in high rates of poverty... And they don't bitch 0.0000001% as much as the group in question
Eta: I didn't know the answer to your statement when I first saw it. I found the data in about 5 seconds. It just shows you parrot typical liberal talking points and don't want to actually do some research and look at the facts
