I really would like us to take the heat north and go after the leadership enclaves of the IR and IRGC. It feels like Trump is hesitant about doing that at this time. We can bomb all the crap we want on the coast, but without taking out the regime, we will never actually control the SOH, if that is what his goal is.

Agreed. I don’t understand that part. We have to cut the damn head off the snake. Do they not know where they are? Surely Mossad does. Or are they buried so deep we aren’t confident we can get to them? Should’ve hit the ayatollah’s funeral the other day. That would’ve been somewhat bad optics, but absolutely epic.

There are known targets protecting the SOH, we lose nothing by bombing that. The IRGC leadership could be fully underground at this point, they will get theirs when the time is right.

There has been zero retaliation from Iran so far. None.
There is a lot of chatter going on the Osint accounts that there is no power in Iran right now and many are speculating the reason the IRGC has not started popping off yet, is that we used some kind of EMP device to take out their stuff. Additionally there is no chatter at all coming from anyone on the Iranian side.
We may have just taken out their entire power grid.

First, China must be paid before they would ship anything. They cant get tankers out so they would have to ship the oil by rail, FAR FAR less volume. And if they have to ship oil for payment........the rail cant be used to ship weapons back.....its a railroad not a multilane highway.
Second, The US took out the Ogtay Khan railroad bridge, which is vital to the aforementioned railroad.
Lastly, that railroad was used primarily to ship consumer goods from China to Iran, very little return trade. With the blockade to the ports, the rail route restricted, and the coastal port infrastructure cut off from the rest of the country, the natives are going to get very very restless the hungrier they get, and IRGC has to see this as much a threat as the US bombing the snot out of them.
