2. To show Dominion we have it all re accurate election numbers obtained from Ezra Cohen Watnick on Jan 9 shortly after he was appointed Undersecretary of Defense by Trump - Dominion already knows what the real numbers are - when they see that we have them they will freak out and lawyer up and will flip and turn states evidence on the politicians and corrupt elite to save themselves.
3. To draw attention to symposium not only by Patriots but by black hats. Make them think we had PCAPs and they tried to infiltrate and hack symposium to get the non-existent bait data. Catch even more of them. This was the red teams main purpose to intercept hack attempts on the symposium.

If he never had the pcaps how would his numbers be accurate?
