obama, reid and pelosi made darn sure the republicans had zero input on the ACA bill. I'd be willing to bet they'd like a do-over with a little bit of inclusion about now.
Those antics cost them majority leadership in the house and senate.

Republicans never told him they flat out refused to work with him like some Dems are telling Trump.

That being said, if you can't place a chunk of the responsibility here on the GOP congress, you are being disingenuous.

Over the course of his eight years, he has signed just 1,227 bills into law — less, even, than one-term Presidents Carter and George H.W. Bush.
In fact, the GOP Congress should be praised for this, and Obama should be thankful they prevented him from doing more harm with more government.
Edit: And the scary part of that is the "low" number still comes out to about 13 bills signed each month.

I agree with you and the others advocating for FEWER new laws!!!
Each and every new law = less freedom.
It dawned on me yesterday regarding the John Lewis twittering skirmish, he's being criticized for 30 years of doing nothing. We needed MORE in Congress doing absolutely nothing for decades.
Now, because we have had so many "doing something", we need a shitload doing repeal legislation to try to roll back the damage done. So far, seems like Trump gets this, Obozo and the Dims/Progs still trying to restrict not just America, the whole world.

Good. We don't need any new laws. I hope Trump turns the presidency into a circus and nothing gets done. I wish the Congress fought like the British or threw shoes like some Asian parliaments. Make this circus entertaining.
