The court had no authority over this matters, as many presidents before have understood when they ignored these activist decisions that exceed the purview of their authority. Trump would be following well established precedent PARTICULARLY IN A DECLARED EMERGENCY.

BTW, the notion of "playing fair" only goes one way. When will you guys wake TF up and see that the only people that care about the rules are the ones who get hammered by those who don't? (not that Trump is somehow bound to listen to the 9th in this case)
