Let me sum it up for ya, sport.

Because we don't give a frick any more. We are fighting to win. We tried to tell you during the campaign that we were going to use the tactics of the left.

You didn't listen, now you want to cry about it.

This basically sums up a century of progressive ideology.

And what don't I understand? Here is a person who has published books for 30 years with the titles that are about as in line with a conservative talking point as one can feasibly get.

But now that he's critical of Trump, or at least of those that support Trump, his views are no longer relevant?

And yes, I'm sure the NYTs only publishes his views because he's critical, but that doesn't negate the validity of the author's message itself.

Ask him how many of those were in the NYT.
Of course the NYT has a liberal bias, so I get taking that into account.

However, then we can't just dismiss the author's conservative frame of reference, especially when he has a very consistent decades long history.

Be interested in seeing one of these guys dispute anything in that article other than the fact that it's published in the NYTs (do they know papers use a variety of writers in opinion columns?). The closest thing to a worthwhile contribution was Larson's, because at least it's honest and not a deflection.

This was a worthwhile contribution? You are the PT administrator of worthwihle contributions. Or...do you just enjoy foisting your overinfalted sense of self upon others?

I think we all know the anwer including you if you chose to be honest.

I guess my only point is that the NYT should not be so liberal if they want us to take them seriously.

I really do ignore them. They chose that path not me.

It's a shame because they likely do have some good articles worth reading.

I just can't understand how seemingly somewhat intelligent people will cite the same new sites everyday, sites that smear president Trump every single day in almost every single article. And they will continue to believe that it is somehow real news.

The responses are disheartening. Logic will never sway these people. It's just a game/reality show to Trumpkins at this point.

I am pretty sure 1984 became reality under Obama. That's when we learned that a tax isn't a tax, until it's a tax. That regardless of your equipment, you are whatever you think you are and can pee wherever you want. That "due process" is for terrorists, and not for frat boys. That Black Lives Matter, except to other black people.

The irony of the replies here in relation to the topic is comical.

And that's fine, and their history supports your conclusion about their bias.

At the same time, the author's history supports a conclusion of conservative bias. And it's clear he was never a Trump supporter;

HOWEVER it seems that people aren't just dismissing something because it comes from the opposing ideology and/of party, they are dismissing it because it's critical or Trump, regardless of ideology or party.

I find that troubling, and it actually supports the basis of the article.
