I’ve been paying for daycare for 8 of the last 9 years and I’m still paying. No idea what you’re referring to. I guess strangers in another state are doing something you don’t like that doesn’t affect you that you want me to answer for?

I can't read the article because it's behind a paywall, but I hold everyone to the same standard, so calling out policy failures aligns with my beliefs.
