There are one billion Catholics in the world, it’s impossible to avoid having idiots with those kinds of numbers, even in leadership. It’s the same with government, LSU, any large organization. I don’t see the point of cutting off your nose to spite your face.

And silence from Cardinal Dolan.

My priest said that black lives matter, because all lives matter. He then went on to talk about how it is a Marxist socialist organization. This was all during the Homily. He also mentioned that Marxism was responsible for the most deaths since the beginning of the 20th century.

Awesome. When are the good Catholics going to demand that their money stop being funneled to the Vatican that supports priests like the one in the OP?
You can form your own churches. You don't have to be part of a global structure that has spent centuries focusing only on their main goal of accumulating power and wealth. A structure that covered up the molestation of children for decades and has long since abandoned any divine purpose.

They don’t care if you like them or agree with their philosophy. They want you to STFU and keep donating. As I’ve personally seen, the Church has an insatiable appetite for money.

Funny, my pastor's sermon on Sunday was about bowing down to the things of the world and how the church and we as Christians have been worshipping the wrong things... excusing actions of this world and affirming sin in the name of fitting in...

Tired of these wacko liberal priest. Go become Episcopalian.
So go from the frying pan into the fire? The Episcopalian Church is overrun with far left, liberal clergy.

No. I’ll worship at the altar of Christ.

Time for the bishop to have a little chat with Fr. Boller.

Honest question but does the congregation of a Catholic Church just sit there and take this kind of thing?

A great majority, yes. They may not agree with it, but the majority will not do anything about it.
As someone stated earlier, we're very fortunate to have a crop of young priests coming up that are traditional and conservative so I expect a change in the tide eventually. At least that's my hope. But I do think it will take time.
It's sad, but the truth is that the hierarchy in the Church is infiltrated with wolves in sheeps clothing.

Strange to me. So, their status in the church is more important to them than their core belief? I am not knocking Catholics, just trying to understand how this happens...
I know it happens in AME churches as well...
I would have left during that service and never gone back to that building...

Jesus has always been for racial justice.

A great distraction from all the rape they commit.

Because the #1 reason, far and away, that Catholics attend mass is to celebrate the Blessed Sacrament...not to hear the priest pontificate, although a good homily is always a bonus.

K doesn't really make sense to me but I can understand the reasoning based on this.
