This has got to see air time beyond the usual Fox evening shows. At a minimum, people have to realize all personal, legal attacks on DJT can easily happen to them by a government intending to silence them. If this is a civil suit, does Trump have any recourse?

Civil Rights suit claiming deprivation of rights under color of authority, which is a felony.
Trump and the banks doing the loans were all happy but the state of NY decided they wanted to interfere with the transactions claiming fraud when nobody got defrauded. And now they are telling other businesses “It won’t happen to you.”

It may have been passed to specifically target President Trump but business owners understand implicitly that there is nothing that prevents New York state from using it against them.
