NY AG office is now a property appraiser? They think they are everything fricking else because they have NYC in the center of the universe.
I bet you could take the same property and calculate the value of it, legally, about four ways depending on its salable value, its book value due to depreciation, etc, and all of them would be correct.

Opening statements in any defense by Trump against the NYAG should be a demand for recusal due to her campaign statements promising to get him at all costs. Purely political you could play her commercials and demand an explanation.
She should also be charged with malicious prosecution using the same evidence and disbarred. She had tried and convicted The Trumps before she was ever elected.

Wikipedia states it best, as the quote posted above. You CAN'T be all three of those things at the same time. If you're a Lawyer, you're bound by the limitation of the law, which would prevent any personal feelings/beliefs playing a part in any action you might take as a lawyer.
In short, she's compromised, as we all know. She's an activist 100%, and if the DOJ was worth its weight, she'd have been Disbarred a long time ago. But, we all know that won't happen......the DOJ is just as compromised as she is.
