If God forbid, you end up in the hospital, don't be wearing a right leaning t-shirt or a MAGA hat. Never reveal your political affiliation if you aren't solid left.
You risk being un-alived.

The Nurses Unions can do for healthcare what the Teachers Unions have done for education.

It’s to the point a significant portion of American women have become so vile, nihilistic, demon people I wouldn’t trust some random nurse at all.

I trust my private GP who I’ve seen for 15 years and is a man and my wife’s sister is a nurse at memorial downtown Savannah if I ever need a hospital I’ll have her and only her

RNs can only really deal with SDOH gaps via case management post discharge. She’s going to hate to learn that CM programs are almost always paid for by the insurance company.

So she will spit in the food of non Democrat acting patients..or worse...

Tempest Collective (also called Tempest) is a U.S.-based revolutionary socialist organizing and educational project launched in 2020.

influencewatch.org

It was formed primarily by former members of the International Socialist Organization (ISO), which dissolved in 2019. The group describes itself as committed to “revolutionary socialism from below.” Its stated goals include replacing capitalism with a classless, stateless society run democratically by ordinary people (sometimes framed as ecosocialism), building working-class power through struggle, and training cadre for movements.

tempestmag.org

Key positions from their materials include:Support for mass struggle as the path to reforms and eventual revolutionary break with capitalism.
Abolition of police, prisons, courts, and the capitalist state.
Open borders.
Anti-racism, LGBTQ+ liberation, disability liberation, international solidarity (including with Palestine and against imperialism), and rank-and-file labor organizing.
Rejection of relying primarily on electoralism or accumulating socialist officeholders as the main strategy (while not opposing running socialists in some cases).

tempestmag.org

They run the website tempestmag.org, publish analysis and debate pieces, hold educational forums, support local chapters/collectives, and participate in broader left organizing (many members are also active in DSA or unions). Membership involves a solidarity agreement focused on collaborative internal culture, and the group holds conventions. Funding comes from member dues and donations.

tempestmag.org

Recently, a University of Chicago Medicine nurse associated with National Nurses United who identified as a member of the Tempest Collective spoke at Socialism 2026, describing nursing as inherently political and linking it to broader goals such as abolishing ICE and building collective fights across unions and movements. This has drawn attention online.

Let's say this political nurse came and did home care. If the insurance company got a call/complaint that she preached politics and ranted and raved.

Would the insurance company blacklist the patient, or ask the agency to refrain?

I was on a conference call at a liberal company I use to work for, where 90% post their pronouns on their profile. Got on a few minutes early with about 10 people, and a few were chit-chatting while we waited for the boss. And one dude was talking about his wife, the nurse, who got so pissed when people would come through but would be against taking the Covid vax.

I remember being surprised. I mean wtf business is it of the nurse and why should she give a damn? But politics permeates everything. Here was someone completely ignorant of what was going on, pissed at people who knew better than her, about a pretty important issue. Kinda reminded me of SFP

There is a reason why nurses are top 5 on the biggest whores by occupation chart.

And before you start, my wife is a nurse:-).

Almost, except…it’s not true.

In typical internet fashion, some loon is blasted all over the place as though she is representative of nursing. She’s not. They are almost always professionals who aren’t thinking about politics at all.

The removal of standards in the name of dei will continue to be detrimental and cause harm to millions. Leftist are inherently violent and incapable of impartiality. Treat them accordingly.
