Ouachita Parish is BY FAR the most populous Parish in NELA, and only 50k votes were cast in the whole Parish.

I notice Abraham's home parish of Ouachita is not blue even though the most populous city in that parish, Monroe, is a majority Democrat.

My point obviously missed the mark. It was that Ouachita went red even with Monroe in the mix. Ouachita did its job as well as can be expected.
