So does that mean you don't agree with President Trump that someone accused of sexual harassment or physical abuse should have due process?

Sure. I think all people should be entitled to due process all the time. I just wish he agreed.

He tends to believe the govt should be able to take personal property from a citizen without criminal charges, trial, or conviction. In fact he supported Sessions to expand on that ability.

He had to know that he'd get this response...
He's up to the same thing he's been doing all along. Get the press on the wrong side of an argument, then rub their nose in it.

Americans are all about due process. It's in our blood. Manipulating press nitwits and extremists into openly opposing due process is the golden chalice of 4D Chess.

Until the Orange Shitweasel admits his error and apologizes for his full page ad and campaign against the Central Park Five he has absolutely no moral authority to be appealing to due legal process.

Criminal prosecution is not a requirement for something to have happened

It is if youre planning on claiming it happened publicly, or denying the accused something based on a mere accusation (as in employment)

I think Porter may have used up his due process and was holding some sort if interim clearance, bringing to light his dastardly actions.

Seriously, why would two women lie about the same man?

Of course they don't want due process...it's exactly what has been done in MANY colleges. Often a guy accused of sexual assault will be expelled without being able to defend himself.

That's after giving her due process and she is found guilty, something that feminazis like Hillary don't want to give men.

Obviously, President Trump has learned from the Central Park case that it is not wise to rush to justice until the accused is given due process.

The due process of law and the presumption of innocence are the foundation of our legal system.

The left is sliding down a very slippery slope if they want to suspend those premises.

Do you really want to go there lefties?
